    Maginor Dumas, the Master Mage, stands in the Wizard's Sanctum in Stormwind's Mage Quarter; Dink in Ironforge gives the same quest.

    • Accept Magecraft from Uthel'nay

    Uthel'nay, one of Orgrimmar's mage trainers, gives it; so do Pierce Shackleton in the Undercity and Archmage Shymm in Thunder Bluff.

    Fly to Talrendis Point (Alliance) or Valormok (Horde). Sanath Lim-yo camps below his master's tower: from the fork of Azshara's main road at the Ruins of Eldarath, head straight north to the cliffs. He teleports you up to Archmage Xylem.
