Polestar is a free, open-source (GPL-3.0) leveling guide addon for World of Warcraft: Forever. Every guide here ships inside the addon: in game, `/polestar guides` opens the guide menu, and the guide window shows the steps with a waypoint arrow.

## Steps

The steps as the guide window shows them, in order. Goals marked with a race or class are only for that race or class; a step marked with a condition applies only while it holds.

### 1. In Favor of Spirituality (Troll only)

Where: 42.4, 68.8 on the Durotar map.

At 5, Ken'jai, the priest trainer in the Den in the middle of the Valley of Trials, sends you to Tai'jin in Razor Hill. Train Lesser Heal (Rank 2) from him while you are here: it opens at level 4 for 1 silver, and the next quest needs exactly that rank.

- Reach level **5**
- Accept **In Favor of Spirituality** from Ken'jai

### 2. Tai'jin (Troll only)

Where: 54.3, 42.9 on the Durotar map.

Follow the road out of the Valley of Trials north-east to Razor Hill. Tai'jin is inside the barracks, the first building on the right as you come into town.

- Turn in **In Favor of Spirituality** at Tai'jin
- Accept **Garments of Spirituality** from Tai'jin
- Train at your trainer — Lesser Heal (Rank 2), if Ken'jai did not teach it yet

### 3. Grunt Kor'ja (Troll only)

Where: 53.1, 46.5 on the Durotar map.

Grunt Kor'ja kneels behind a group of rocks just off the road, a short walk south of Razor Hill. Cast Lesser Heal (Rank 2) on her first, then Power Word: Fortitude. Rank 1 of Lesser Heal does not count; drag Rank 2 onto your bar from the spellbook. She leaves once both land and is back in about 5 minutes.

- Heal and fortify Grunt Kor'ja for Garments of Spirituality

### 4. Tai'jin (Troll only)

Where: 54.3, 42.9 on the Durotar map.

Back in the Razor Hill barracks: Tai'jin gives you the Juju Hex Robes.

- Turn in **Garments of Spirituality** at Tai'jin

### 5. In Favor of Darkness (Undead only)

At 5, Dark Cleric Duesten, the priest trainer in the chapel of Deathknell, sends you to Dark Cleric Beryl in Brill. Train Lesser Heal (Rank 2) from him while you are here: it opens at level 4 for 1 silver, and the next quest needs exactly that rank.

- Reach level **5**
- Accept **In Favor of Darkness** from Dark Cleric Duesten

### 6. Dark Cleric Beryl (Undead only)

Follow the road east out of Deathknell to Brill. Dark Cleric Beryl is upstairs in the inn, Gallows' End Tavern.

- Turn in **In Favor of Darkness** at Dark Cleric Beryl
- Accept **Garments of Darkness** from Dark Cleric Beryl
- Train at your trainer — Lesser Heal (Rank 2), if Duesten did not teach it yet

### 7. Deathguard Kel (Undead only)

Deathguard Kel kneels, half-dead, beside the north gate of Brill's graveyard, a short walk north of the inn. Cast Lesser Heal (Rank 2) on him first, then Power Word: Fortitude: Fortitude first does not count, nor does Rank 1 of Lesser Heal. If an addon gets in the way, cast both from the spellbook.

- Heal and fortify Deathguard Kel for Garments of Darkness

### 8. Dark Cleric Beryl (Undead only)

Back upstairs in the Brill inn: Beryl gives you the Acolyte's Sacrificial Robes.

- Turn in **Garments of Darkness** at Dark Cleric Beryl
