At 20 go to Darkbriar Lodge in Orgrimmar's Valley of Spirits, where the mage trainers live. Thuul, the portal trainer, stands on the upper floor and teaches Teleport: Orgrimmar for 20 silver. Every teleport burns one Rune of Teleportation (10 silver at any reagent vendor), so carry a few.
