### 1. Journey to the Marsh (Stormwind) (Alliance only)

Jennea Cannon in the Wizard's Sanctum, Stormwind's Mage Quarter, sends you to Tabetha; Bink in Ironforge gives the same quest.

- Accept **Journey to the Marsh** from Jennea Cannon

### 2. Journey to the Marsh (Orgrimmar) (Horde only)

Deino, one of Orgrimmar's mage trainers, sends you to Tabetha; Anastasia Hartwell in the Undercity and Ursyn Ghull in Thunder Bluff give the same quest.

- Accept **Journey to the Marsh** from Deino

### 3. Tabetha

Where: 46.1, 57.1 on the Dustwallow Marsh map.

Tabetha, a hermit, lives in a cottage deep in the marsh west of Theramore, just north of the Stonemaul Ruins.

- Turn in **Journey to the Marsh** at Tabetha
- Accept **Hidden Secrets** from Tabetha

### 4. Magus Tirth

Magus Tirth spends his days at the race track in the Shimmering Flats, south-east Thousand Needles.

- Turn in **Hidden Secrets** at Magus Tirth
- Accept **Get the Scoop** from Magus Tirth

### 5. "Plucky" Johnson

Tirth's apprentice is "Plucky" Johnson, a small grey chicken by the race track. Target him and type /beckon: he turns human for a moment, long enough to talk to him.

- Complete **Get the Scoop** — "Plucky" Johnson
- Turn in **Get the Scoop** at Magus Tirth
- Accept **Rituals of Power** from Magus Tirth

### 6. Rituals of Power

Tirth sold the book to the Scarlet Brotherhood. The Scarlet Monastery stands in north-eastern Tirisfal Glades; take the Library wing. The book juts out of the wall on the left as you enter the Athenaeum, before Arcanist Doan.

### 7. Back to Tabetha

Where: 46.1, 57.1 on the Dustwallow Marsh map.

- Turn in **Rituals of Power** at Tabetha
- Accept **Items of Power** from Tabetha

### 8. Witherbark trolls

The Witherbark trolls hold south-eastern Arathi Highlands; every one of them can drop a Witherbark Totem Stick. Then take the ten sticks north-west to the binding circle where they become the Bolt Charged Bramble. Tabetha also wants a Jade: buy one at an Auction House on the way; miners sometimes find one in Tin Veins.

### 9. Tabetha's ritual
