## Steps

The steps as the guide window shows them, in order. Goals marked with a race or class are only for that race or class.

### 1. Magecraft (Stormwind) (Alliance only)

Maginor Dumas, the Master Mage, stands in the Wizard's Sanctum in Stormwind's Mage Quarter; Dink in Ironforge gives the same quest.

- Reach level **50**
- Accept **Magecraft** from Maginor Dumas

### 2. Magecraft (Orgrimmar) (Horde only)

Uthel'nay, one of Orgrimmar's mage trainers, gives it; so do Pierce Shackleton in the Undercity and Archmage Shymm in Thunder Bluff.

- Reach level **50**
- Accept **Magecraft** from Uthel'nay

### 3. Sanath Lim-yo

Where: 28.1, 50.1 on the Azshara map.

Fly to Talrendis Point (Alliance) or Valormok (Horde). Sanath Lim-yo camps below his master's tower: from the fork of Azshara's main road at the Ruins of Eldarath, head straight north to the cliffs. He teleports you up to Archmage Xylem.

- Turn in **Magecraft** at Sanath Lim-yo
- Accept **Magic Dust** from Archmage Xylem — Archmage Xylem, in the tower

### 4. Glittering Dust

Where: 55.5, 29.5 on the Azshara map.

The blood elves camp along the cliffs of north-eastern Azshara; Blood Elf Surveyors and Reclaimers drop the dust.

- Collect **Glittering Dust** ×10 for Magic Dust

### 5. Archmage Xylem

Where: 29.2, 40.2 on the Azshara map.

Back to Sanath Lim-yo, who teleports you up to the tower.

- Turn in **Magic Dust** at Archmage Xylem
- Accept **The Siren's Coral** from Archmage Xylem

### 6. Enchanted Coral

Where: 36.3, 48 on the Azshara map.

The Spitelash Sirens walk the ruins and beaches around the Ruins of Eldarath and the bay; they carry the coral.

- Kill **Spitelash Siren** for **Enchanted Coral** ×6 for The Siren's Coral — Enchanted Coral: Spitelash Siren

### 7. Archmage Xylem again

Where: 29.2, 40.2 on the Azshara map.

Back to Sanath Lim-yo and up to the tower.

- Turn in **The Siren's Coral** at Archmage Xylem
- Accept **Destroy Morphaz** from Archmage Xylem

### 8. Morphaz

Morphaz, a green drake, waits deep in the Temple of Atal'Hakkar, the Sunken Temple in the Pool of Tears: a group of five, level 50–54. Kill him for the Arcane Shard.

- Collect **Arcane Shard** for Destroy Morphaz — Arcane Shard: Morphaz

### 9. The Arcane Shard

Where: 29.2, 40.2 on the Azshara map.

Back to Azshara, Sanath Lim-yo and the tower.

- Turn in **Destroy Morphaz** at Archmage Xylem
