Polestar is a free, open-source (GPL-3.0) leveling guide addon for World of Warcraft: Forever. Every guide here ships inside the addon: in game, `/polestar guides` opens the guide menu, and the guide window shows the steps with a waypoint arrow.

The Alliance races start in 4 places: Elwynn Forest (Human), Dun Morogh (Dwarf and Gnome), Teldrassil (Night Elf) and Zephras Isle (Skyborne). From there every Alliance race takes the same road: 25 guides from Westfall (levels 12–17) to level 60.

Which guide for a level: find the guide whose levels hold the character's level on the road below (the start guides first if the character is still in its start zone). In game, Polestar opens a guide for the character's race, level and zone at login, and `/polestar guides` lists every guide.
